We'll get past the things that seem so far away

Biology is over..
IT IS OVER!
Now i'm left with physics and chemistry..
They seem so close.. too close for comfort..

Biology..
We started they day off with paper 2.
First time reading so much before the paper..
This was my most lastminute-unprepared-underestimated-long-forgotten subject.
Section A of paper 2 was hopeless..
Section B, was kind of okay.. Had to use the emergency technique, that is writing all the essays just in case I lose marks on some..
Paper 1.. =D You people will see the easiest past year paper 1 for biology comes from 2009.
HAHAHAHA.
Paper 3.. I managed to finish it in time.. and section A was VERY similar to what Mr. Sundram taught us when he came to our school to give us some tips on SPM.

Oh, and I just had a haircut last Friday..
it was supposed to be trimmed slightly..
I sat down and told the guy "cut short abit.." in Mandarin.
he ended up cutting extremely short.
I look almost bald now.. like I was last october?
Now I have to plant grass on my head..

8 more days then I'll be able to sleep soundly for once. X)
I'll blog something not so boring next time.

Just an illusion, or reality?

It seems so far away now.
The hope of getting straight A's.
You might be wondering why straight A's
when all I do is dota, slack, and panic.
I aim high.
I was told to.
I was so confident at one point during SPM that I'll eventually get straight A's.
But nah, doesn't seem possible..
I lost my confidence just yesterday when I opened my bio textbook.
This feeling is worse than the feeling I had the day before Sejarah paper.
many times worse than that..

It's like I lost all my stamina when I'm the first to see the finish line.
Haha.
Time to go study!

I'm running out of time
which explains why my MSN isn't online anymore.
And there's no more dota.. for now.
3 subjects.. it went really fast for our previous 7 subjects.
I'm glad it went better than expected.
I'm so looking forward to next Sunday's Skytrex thingy, the day after spm, and the weeks after spm.

The Events of Reversed Sequence

He was so young.
Too young I'd say.
Imagine having to lose a family member just 8 years old.
I can't imagine Wei Xiang's family's emotions now.
No matter how hard we all try, we don't feel what they feel.
Until we lose someone just like how they did.
He was gone too soon.
It all happened too sudden.
I don't know him much, but I always see him on Sundays.
The young boy who looked just like his dad.
Carrying his backpack around, hyped up.
Running around.
Who knew the next time I actually saw him was actually when he's already in the casket.
He went too soon.
I never got to know him.
I didn't know we even share the same birthday.

It began to drizzle as the funeral service began.
The wind blew.
This weather felt cold.. for the first time this year.
This isn't the first time the cold weather actually felt cold.
It has happened before 2 years ago.
It was just as sad as it was 2 years ago when Benjamin left.
It feels really sad to not be able to see someone like him around.
He sat for his PMR, but never made it to get his results.
He would've been sitting the SPM with the rest of us, but he's not.
He's somewhere else better.
Somewhere Wei Xiang is now.

planning to flip through after dinner.
Moral on Tuesday.
Almost done with memorizing.

after Wednesday I'll be burying my head in my Bio books.

I hope what I read was what I think it's meant for.

I've been studying for weeks to build a foundation required only for 2 days.
I didn't want to end up getting a big fat E for my history again.
But I guess A would be.. almost mission impossible.

I'll be back after 4.30 tomorrow.
Hope the weather would be "fine" enough for my long awaited favourite "activity".

I'll go get a few winks of sleep now.

It's not familiar as it used to be.
I dislike it how it's starting to become.
Maybe I don't.

Last Minute Intelligence.

Lost my sense of direction,
Don't know where to go.
Can't feel where I'm being pulled to,
There isn't just one current but more.
If only my senses could regain their functions,
so that I can find my way back to where it began.

Spm is just in 2 and a half days.
I'm so gonna die. haha.
I haven't been motivated enough to study, especially for the past week.
Only flipped through my history text book. wee~ *shuts book*
I'm different from so many people.
They take UPSR lightly, like they didn't need to study the month before.
PMR, I was the only one studying like mad.
But when it comes to SPM, heh.. *snoozes away*

Sometimes I tend to have this thought in my mind.
It doesn't matter how many A's I get for SPM.
I don't really care.
But what I found out is that I'm capable of being what I want to be.
It's just a little to late for hardwork.
Last minute work is just going to get you more stressed out.
I'll just read and flip through to see what can I absorb.
I'll go in to the exam hall with what I've actually learnt and properly understood throughout form 4 and 5.
I hate memorizing and studying for the sake of the exams.
The only books that interest me are subjects that actually help me in my future.
explains why i HATE history.
It's no use unless I become a teacher, or anything on the history ed. field.

However I found out that.. I've never been not lazy since I was in standard 3. XD
I rarely pay attention in class. Those times you see me sitting upright with a pen in my hand while reading my book..
don't be fooled, I'm just having my nap. X)
I have an extremely short attention time span.
Unless it's something really interesting.
I can read a few lines, start playing with my fingers, look out the window.
I can never concentrate for more than.. a minute? I'll keep looking around for something to happen. hahahaha.

Being able to memorize the history textbook isn't intelligence.
It means that the educational ministry is being mean to those with limited memory like me. =(
Honestly, I forget things very quickly.
But I don't forget people =)

That's all I'm gonna post about.
But wait, I don't think all that was what I was supposed to post about.
Nevermind.. I'll try to remember and edit this post another day. hahahaha.

The End is Nigh..

I got so bored of studying already.
Screw Spm. hahaha.
instead I looked up the net for 2012.
The thing that has everyone chatting about.

After reading about and discussing about this 2012 topic, it is abit convincing.
It sounds true.
it looks true.
It feels like it has been backed up with alot of scientific evidence.
But is it for real? *scratches head until no hair is left*

First thing people would think about 2012: the world is going to end.
Why? Just so you all know, the Mayan calendar counts by twenties. it begins with 0.0.0.0.0 and when 20 days are up, it rounds up to 0.0.0.1.0. get it? so when the Mayan calendar just ended at their count of 13.0.0.0.0. (which is the 21st December 2012), many believed that it was the end of the world.
That's the biggest assumption ever made by anyone. Using your common sense and logical thinking, if your calendar ends on the 31st of December 2009, it means it's the end of the world! Judgement day!
yeah right..
It's actually just the end of the year. the next day would be just another year.
The Mayan calendar either winds back to 0.0.0.0.0. or they just go on until 20.0.0.0.0. 20 and 13 is the root of their numerical system and therefore there's just two possiblity that it goes on or the calendar restarts. simple.

Some people are also influenced by the news that some planet ( either Eris or planet X) would come in collision with Earth, causing the destruction of the world.
Nonsense! >=D this is just utter rubbish.
even claimed by NASA, this will not happen. Why is it so? Eris, or planet X, is located somewhere outside our solar system further than pluto. Imagine a planet that far
having to collide with our planet in 3 years and one month's time. Eris is 3.66 trillion miles from Earth. It has to travel at ultra speed if it has yet to leave its current position.
BUT if Eris is already on its way to collide with Earth, it would already be really close. and we would be able to see it with our naked eyes. Another statement by NASA is that the closest distance between Earth and Eris would be 4 billion miles.
conclusion is that this "collision" theory is already flawed. GG-fied.

This collision with Earth idea is sometimes associated with planet Nibiru. Nibiru is a myth, with no basis in fact. The images some post on the net claiming the existance of Nibiru is just a hoax.
Or some may believe that planet X actually exists. Planet X isn't Eris. dont mix them up. And if there is really a planet X, it would've had a name. Terms such as this Planet X are used by astronomers and scientists when they are in search of this planet that hasnt been spotted, yet they believe it has to be nearby somewhere..

others start believing in the theory that on 21st december 2012, all the planets in the solar system would align and this would somehow impact our Earth. Each December the Earth and sun align with the approximate center of the Milky Way Galaxy but that is an annual event of no consequence. "There are no planetary alignments in the next few decades, Earth will not cross the galactic plane in 2012, and even if these alignments were to occur, their effects on the Earth would be negligible. "
What is everyone thinking? has everyone watched the cartoon movie Hercules too much where a lunar/solar eclipse opens the gates of hells' prison to release the monsters? GROW UP!
When there's a solar/lunar eclipse occurs, does anything miraculous happen? Nothing! not at all..
But some of you would argue back saying "that's just the earth, moon and sun aligning. if every planet in our solar system aligns, it'll cause.. BLA BLA BLA. "
Let me tell you something. if the planets all align, and something BIG and DESTRUCTIVE happens, I can score straight A1s for SPM just by skipping stones. Seriously.. we're all acting like how the Incans did when they saw the eclipse. We laugh at them when we see that they pray to the sun when a lunar/solar eclipse takes place. What about our later generation? are they going to point and laugh at their ancestors for believing nonsense as such? seriously, I'll join them.

For all those that believe so much and are manipulated by the net, just so you know..

Don't be fooled by the hoax over the internet. There are so many people out there in the world with no proper standing. Just a lousy hoax can blow them down and they start believing in nonsense as such.
Remember about the predictions and prophesies made by countless of people and "prophets" on the end of the world. some prophesies were just plain general and yet they still convince many. Sadness. haha.
Some claimed year 2000 to be the end of the world. see how it didnt take place?
Some believed in the Da Vinci Code. Some took this novel as their bible. See how Dan Brown categorised his book under Fiction? And his novel was for entertainment purposes. He didnt write a documentary, but a novel. yeah. NOVEL.

Don't be fooled by the hoax. We are all educated people. With our own religion and with science. You should know that anybody can type anything on the net and claim it to be a fact when it actually is just a hoax.
Intelligent people know where the other people's weakspots are.
Intelligent people know where to start the wildfire, they start it where humidity is at its weakest.
So once they start the fire, it spreads in seconds. And you end up with a forest fire.
If you're weak in faith and don't have a proper stand, you'll end up being part of that wildfire.

I can't say the world would come to an end later than 2012, in fact it could happen anytime. That is what I as a Christian believe in. I believe that the world can end anytime. We just don't know when.
We Christians believe when Jesus comes again, it would be the end of the world.. from that moment onwards.
According to 1 Thessalonians 5:2 -For you yourselves know perfectly that the day of the Lord so comes as a thief in the night.
Do you know which day or what time a thief comes? By the time you find out, he's either on his way in or he has already departed. They don't come in a hullabaloo. they come quietly, silently, with undetectable stealth (except for noob thieves, they trip over furniture)

If you still think 2012 is the end of the world, why don't you just start on whatever you like to do? Rob, kill, skip school, etc etc
Oh! and flunk SPM! then wait for 21st december 2012. after the 21st has come and passed away, we'll be laughing at you like how kids point at monkeys in the zoo.
