If It Is So, So Shall It Be.

I tried to listen.
I tried to understand.
I tried to help.
But there was nothing to listen,
nothing to understand,
nothing to help.
It was because you didn't say anything.
It was all because of your ego.
Making it look like you'll be able to solve everything by yourself.
You keep hiding,
you keep pretending.
When it comes to a time where everything is really ruined,
Don't tell me I didn't try.
I have to admit that I didn't make an attempt,
but I did everything I could..
to help you.

It's Been a While.

Many things happened.
All before I came, after I left, behind my back.
I wished if only I were there during those times.
I wish all the time.
It's not a pleasant feeling, but there's nothing I can do.
I guess that everything's like that for a reason.
The infinite alternative routes that I came across before I arrived here today.
And those infinite routes lead to infinite possiblities.
Possibilities of what I would be or wouldn't be as of today.
I just hope to make the best out of everything and not screw up anymore.

It's almost the end of February already.
The days are just passing by too quickly.
But it also means something good.
It's almost summer time for Missouri, which means my sister would be coming back. =D

I remebered the last time you came back was last summer.
We all went for a family vacation at Thailand.
A week long vacation..
There were bad times there, but also good times.
Which makes it.. bood times? =.=
anywaaay.. It's been really a long time since you've been gone.
The house isn't as noisy as it used to be.
You used to scream and fight with me for the pc. lol.
I hope you'll come back soon enough.. even if we're not going for any family vacation this year, but it'll be great to have you back home again..sister. =)

I found a couple of pics when we were in Thailand..
Most of it retarded ones. lol..

Merajuk-ing at the airport..

First thing we did when we checked in..look familiar?

we were having our breakfast. Nerd captured on camera.

It took 23 tranqualizer darts to make that elephant put me down.

Fun and painful at the same time. LOL

Retarded people on the bus

They let us ride a elephant which went beserk.

The structure just looks tasty.. *drools..*

I don't know where's this.. but I think we were leaving Pattaya island.

You've been warned. The next few RETARDED pictures are lethal ones. I won't be responsible of your own deaths.

The thai RonaldMcD and a sesated Malaysian.

My sister wanted to look retarded. I had to beat her by looking retarded-er..

FYI, I WAS NOT POUTING. I was mumbling something..

This one is no longer in thailand. sometime before Leo forum..

My cuzzies and my sister at her farewell party.

The past few days has been.. fuzzy-wuzzy.
I think i'm falling sick.
It's all coming back again. T_T
I'll go read or sleep now.

I Can't Explain Myself At All

The lyrics from this song just seem so.. familiar...

Just have a little patience
I'm still hurting from a love I lost
I'm feeling your frustration
Any minute all the pain will stop.

Just hold me close inside your arms tonight
Don't be too hard on my emotions.

'Cause I Need time
My heart is numb, has no feeling
So while I'm still healing
Just try and have a little patience.

I really wanna start over again
I know you wanna be my salvation
The one that I can always depend.

I'll try to be strong
Believe me I'm trying to move on
It's complicated but understand me.

'Cause the scars run so deep
It's been hard but I have to believe
Just have a little patience

Have a little patience
My heart is numb, has no feeling
So while I’m still healing
Just try and have a little patience

Last week was a long week.
First sukantara on Tuesday.
For the first time in my entire life, I ran pass the finishing line for both 100m and 400m sprint.
Yeah. I was born with legs strong enough to support my featherweight.

Then came someday. someday-someday.
yeah.. what about that day?
go google up the words "screwed up".

Saturday we went for Sunway University College's Youth Leadership Competition.
It was.. not so bad la.
Met alot of people there, but no one bothered getting contact details and stuff.
The crawling has got my thighs as painful as they were right after sukantara.
Then we played this.. telematch thing.
Where we had to move as a team.
10 people on 2 tiny mats.
Yeah.. 10 La Sallians on tiny mats.
All i remembered was Ben Zhi screaming "EHH, WHO PINCHING MY NIPPLE?!?"
Jared laughing away after he found out his pants was already torn after some jumping, and it turned into a big skirt.
BenZhi facing Sabash then trying to get on his head so that we could save space on the mat.
Sabash squeezing my hand, which had his supposed-to-be-protected egg, destroying the egg.
After that we headed for Leo Idol Auditions.
And back home.

Sunday I went with Jared to Summit.
We went to watch the Leo Idol Finals.
Kevin didn't make it into the next round.
Sheryl didn't either.
Suprising..

Monthly test starts tomorrow.
I have to go now.

Today is Benjamin's birthday.

I'm sorry Ben, I didn't wish you last year.
I'm sorry I didn't make it for your funeral, for your memorial, for your birthday last year. I just couldn't make it. I just know you're somewhere.. somewhere I believe to be Tartarus, a place of comfort, waiting just for that day when everyone of us go there and the day where we meet again and meet God. Everything physical of you is gone. What you left behind are just the memories we had.

I knew you since the day I went to Sunday School. You were that weird kid, with bushy eyebrows and spectacles. Same age as me, I always took you as my challenger. You were best student for the class for a few times. We both won a class quiz together once. When you were 8, you almost had an asthma attack in class. In that same year, you showed some of us your stitches of the operation you had to remove your appendix. You could even pull both your legs behind your head. I remember one Sunday Justin and I found you crying. It was our first and last time seeing you cry so badly. When we were 12, we were placed in seperate class because you were the smarter one. For a 12 year old, you had the knowledge I know I could never aquire. You were then ahead of me by one year.

During my only birthday party, which was my 7th Birthday, there were some games going on and one of them was to blow a balloon and the other person has to pop it. You kept complaining about how small I blew my balloons. Yeah, I was afraid of balloons since that time. You attended every event the church organised. The children's camp since we were both 7, the YDP since we were 13, YES and other seminars since we were 15, and various Sunday school activity such as the play of Jacob and his 12 sons, the Old Testament Characters costume competition, the field trips, camp-in-tents, and Sunday School stayover.

We met several times outside Sunday School and Church. The first time was when I was out with that at Jaya Jusco, we met you and your dad there at the children's department. We met a few times when we represented our respective primary schools for English Writing Competition at some chinese school.

When we were both in Youth Bible Class already, you were always 2 seats away from me. If there were questions unanswered, they'd ask Sean. If Sean fails to answer, they'd ask you. You were the brains of the class. The first time you led choruses, the first time you taught in the bible class, the first time you gave your devotion during YES, who could forget all those times? Your ability to speak amazes everyone. Your illustrations were too good to believe.

I used to take you as my challenger. When UPSR came, I'd ask you questions and questions. Hoping to beat you in UPSR. You got only 6A's while I only got 4. You didn't get straight A's, but you were still better than me. I made sure I'd beat you in PMR. As PMR was closing in, you seemed so relaxed. You told me that your grandma promised you a PSP if you had straight A's. PMR came and went. Before the results were out, you were already unconcious. The day the results were out, you were gone. For good. Your cousin told me during your wake that you only had 4A's. Yes, I have beaten you by 2A's. It's the other way around now. Now I have 6A's, you have only 4. So what if I beat you by 2A's? I don't see any point there anymore. You proved to me that to be smart, it's not about getting the A's. Grades don't bring much value in the real life. You were smarter than anyone our age I know of. But you're gone. I was very sure straight A's or not, your grandma would give you the PSP she promised if you would just come back. Everyone wanted you to not go..

I remeber when we attended the church camp in '07. You brought chips and pictionary along. We sat together on the bus. Yeah, the pic of us on the bus sleeping is still around. I just looked retarded. At night when we had our free time, we went over to the next room which was Joan's and Krystle's room. We played pictionary till you fell asleep. It seemed like you wanted to sleep there for good. =) After the jungle trekking, we went to the beach and swam a bit. While we were all swimming, we couldn't forget how funny you sounded when you came up to us, telling us "Have you guys seens my room key? I think so I lost it.."

During 07's YDP, we stayed at different rooms. You were most of the time running about by your own as you always did. On the second day after the games, we didn't see of you anymore. Tze Ren came shouting that someone drowned, a few of us then went to the pool. I was taken aback when I saw it was you they were trying to revive by the pool. When the ambulance finally came and took you away, I went back to the room. Totally speechless. Everyone gathered in the hall and they announced your condition. Klang Youths remained in the hall. Everyone was crying. Even when we knew you weren't gone yet, everyone just broke down. We visited you in your ward on the next night. You were still unconcious, but doctor claimed you were in stable condition. You responded when they plugged your earphones and turned on your favourite songs. We thought you were gonna make it. Your bro quit his job in Singapore just to come visit you. Most of the adults from Klang went there to visit you. When we all arrived home, Justin texted me. You left us at 5p.m. The news spread faster than any wildfire. Alvin, Christine, Kevin, Jonah, and Samuel came all the way from Malacca to Klang just for your wake. those were the toughest times. Your funeral.. your burial.. We ended up not celebrating the new year.

Your empty seat, your presence now no longer there.. Your Loud bass singing. I followed your steps to sing bass. Erny and I took over the vacancy after you left. Each time we sung your favourite hymn "Hallelujah, Praise Jehovah" we remember you. We all missed when you used to to say "Resisting urge to strangle", or "you shall die with the heat of a thousand suns". You'd come up to us randomly and ask us "can I strangle you?". That smirk you'd give everyone. Or your random "what?!?" 's . We don't hear them now. Your Dota tips you'd give everyone. Everyone including Sean and Alvin.

I wonder what it'd be like if you were still here.. We'd be sitting for SPM this year.. we'd be studying and working. We just don't know why you'd have to go so soon. To leave at this age.. you weren't even 16.
Isa 55:8-9"For My thoughts are not your thoughts, Nor are your ways My ways," says the LORD. "For as the heavens are higher than the earth, So are My ways higher than your ways, And My thoughts than your thoughts."
I'd have to agree with Krystle with on this.. We may not understand why God did what He did.. But all we can do is rest assured that it was all part of His plan for us.

In loving Memory of Benjamin.

We just have to wait and see you someday, Ben.
Happy 17th Birthday, Benjamin Tee Chee Keong.

Cats and Onions

You could be my unintended
Choice to live my life extended
You could be the one
I'll always love

You could be the one who listens
to my deepest inquisitions
You could be the one
I'll always love

I'll be there as soon as I can
But I'm busy mending broken pieces of the life I had before

First there was the one who challenged
All my dreams and all my balance
She could never be as good as you

I'll be there as soon as I can
But I'm busy mending broken pieces of the life I had before
Before you

Let hopes turn to dreams, and dreams to reality.
I posted this a little too late...
Happy Valentines Day people. =D
Happy Valentines Day, Valentine. :)

This Will be the Last.

It's a Sunday night. Yeah..
I haven't been gaming in a while..
feels like I haven't been gaming for months. lol.
Yesterday's project was cancelled.
I ended up going for the Leo Idol meeting with Wei Te and Danny.
Go there just to stone.. =.=

Today has been a hot and cold day.
Sat in front of two airconds with full blast in church.
Stood under the sun for a while and felt like boiled egg under the sun.
Oh, I just found out that Krystle is in Leo Club.
She's in Leo Club of SMK DJ.
Sad for her that she has to attend meetings with a.. really wonderful president. =D
Yeah..

Alot has been happening lately, but I just can't recall.
I have this... deteriorating memory.
I forget things as easy as breathing.
This can't go on... If only they had memory upgrades for humans..

I grabbed a couple of pics from the youth blog..

That's the adult singing acapella for You Raise Me Up. Dad with his usual awesome tenor singing.. too bad no proper recording. =P

I tell you.. orang tengah makan also must take our pics. this Reuben arh..
From left: Ee Ren, Kevin, Me, Alvin and Sean.

Blackbird Overhead

This week wasn't the week I planned for.
I changed my mind about changing my add maths tuition.
Yoda Tan teaches slow but easy to understand.

Last Monday was CheeKiat's health screening project.
You could say it went well..
We spent most of our time out of class chilling.
I went home in Jared's car.
His mom is the only lady that can really shut Jared up.
Imagine a slightly more talkative type of Jared.
I was like.. O.O the entire journey back home. lol.

Prefects are having this trip to Penang during the mid year hols?
I don't know when's the camp,
But I'm really looking forward to it.
So many years, finally we get a different camp.
No more pretending to be commandos and shooting imaginary guns..
No more lousy facilitators.
I hope it'll be a blast this year.

Oh, and I had a haircut... on Sunday.
It was a bad one.
I have to admit, I look like those kids you see on tv.
Those kids with a bald head and one patch of long hair in front. Lol.

Jared's project is gonna be on this Saturday.
Hope it goes on well for him...
Joint car wash project with USJ 8 is on Sunday.
I'm still not sure if I should go or not..

I don't know to rejoice or to grieve..
I don't know where it goes..
I don't know how to let go..
I don't know if everything was just wrong..
I don't know if not knowing is a bad thing or good thing..
anywaay..
I'm gonna go off now.
Time to study. =D
Chaoz.

Me hiding my head. ZhiPeng candid-ed. LOL

Few of us posing in front of the bus, while Ivan, ZhiPeng and Kevin turned horny.

Nothing Stays Entirely The Same. Nothing.

Today is the first of February.
It's the month.
I think it's gonna be a long month.
But before I start talking about this month, I say a bit about last month...

The month began with the year end gathering stay over.
This year we didn't get a wink of sleep at all.
Alvin went back to Malacca on that very day.
School reopened.
Now in first class.
New faces and missing faces.
New plans for the year, mostly for Leo.
Still not focusing on studies.
Tuitions are taking up alot of my time.
Too late to train ping pong for mssd this year.
Took up jogging for the time being.
Got disturbed by 2 malay guys on motorcycle.
Lost two president posts.
Sat for CLD tests.
Met Shiyee and PooiCheng at Taylors, for fun..
Had my first ever project and sunburn on the same day.
Ran on the school field after so many months.
Painted mural for Leo.
Celebrated chinese new year.
Getting used to slightly louder firecrackers.
Unspiked my hair after 2 years, no more ultraman for a fortnight.
Played futsal with really woobly knees.
Down with flu.
Found out the truth about many things.
Betrayed and ffk people.
Being a jerk.
Fixing myself and letting go the the things and the people of the past.
Learning the truth about something that I never knew could be possible.
I'm sorry.
To whoever who thinks this is meant for you, I'm really sorry about yesterday.
Pretend I wasn't in existence till yesterday evening.
Forget yesterday.
If you ask me anything about it, I won't answer. seriously.
I won't say a word. I'm just sorry.

That was all January.
Tomorrow is the start of school again after the chinese new year hols.
Tomorrow is CheeKiat's health screening project.
I might be trying out a new add maths tuition tomorrow.
I hope I can succeed with the plans for the 13th of this month.
8th is the joint car wash project.
14th is the youth quarterly dinner. and also valentine's day.
19th is Benjamin's birthday. The late Benjamin.
21st is Leo Idol. 22nd is its finals.
I can't recall anyone's birthday in this month.
I'll be off to US on the 29th of this month.

That's all for today.
I won't be blogging so often anymore.
Chaoz people.
